Returns and cancellations
We want you to be obsessed with your Stripped by Nas pieces. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the hygiene liner in place. We may decline a return or reduce your refund if an item has been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
How to start a return
1. Visit our Start a Return page and enter your order details.
2. Select the items you would like to return.
3. We review your request. Once it is approved, we email you a return shipping label (US orders) or return instructions (international orders).
4. Pack your items securely and send them back.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Returns within the United States
We provide a prepaid return shipping label. A flat return shipping fee of $10.00 USD and a 4% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
International returns
You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund returns that are lost in transit. You are also responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged when your return enters the United States. A 4% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations and order changes
You can request a cancellation or a change to your order (such as size, style or shipping address) within 1 hour after your order is placed. Email hello@strippedbynas.com with your order number as soon as possible. After that hour, or once your order has been packed or shipped, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you may return them under the terms above.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee (US returns) and the restocking fee. Your original shipping cost and, for international orders, any duties and import taxes collected at checkout are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, email us right away at hello@strippedbynas.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
European Union returns and cancellations
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you receive your goods, for any reason, unless an exemption applies. After you notify us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days. We will refund eligible cancelled orders within 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you have sent them back. For eligible cancellations, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery, if you paid for delivery. We are not required to refund any additional amount paid for express delivery beyond the cost of standard delivery.
United Kingdom returns and cancellations
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you receive your goods, unless an exemption applies. After you tell us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days. We will refund eligible cancelled orders within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that you have sent them back. For eligible cancellations, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery, if you paid for delivery. We may not refund any additional amount paid for express delivery beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Where those rights apply, any deduction from your refund applies only to the extent permitted by law.
